Elonex International concludes deal to outsource worldwide technical support to The Home IT Helpdesk. All customer technical support, including software and device support is to be provided by both telephone and remote control from The Home IT helpdesk’s support centre in Cape Town. The deal, which includes support for all Elonex products including Elonex’s UMPC range is to be provided in a deal worth over £1million over 3 years.

The software provided by Telappliant Ltd in the UK is among some of the leading VOIP software on the market and will enable agents based in Cape Town to receive calls from and make calls to anywhere in the world seamlessly over the internet at a fraction of a traditional phone call.
