Support is provided over the phone on a UK Free-phone number or over the internet using remote control technology which allows the technician to connect to the computer or device and remotely configure or fix the problem.

All subscribers receive a unique membership ID which they quote whenever they call the helpdesk. All logged incidents receive an incident tracking number which can be used to track and trace resolutions. Membership starts at £49.99 per annum (inc. VAT).
